HM-rear-mount_6 The replacement transmission mount went into place quite easily.  The original lower right bolt into the bell collar would not grab with the mount in place (the threads in the hole were stripped).  Luckily, a 1/2 HM-rear-mount_7 I only cleaned enough to get the mount in place.  A thorough cleaning will take place during restoration.  You can see the spacer washers on the lower right bolt on the collar. HM-rear-mount_8 Sorry about the poor focus.  I then tighened the collar at the rear of the u-joint cover.  Unfortunately, I cannot drive the truck until I get two broken exhaust pipe studs removed from the exhaust manifold (as Rosanne Rosanna Dana used to say . . .
